Two inmates — Antoine Massey and Derrick Groves — who escaped from a New Orleans jail nearly two weeks ago may be in other cities, Louisiana's attorney general told CBS News.
“Money is so not an issue to me,” NOPD Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick said.
